Job summary

CGS is hiring an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise‑level transformation for a large federal program. You will guide executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters through Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps practices to enhance delivery and outcomes.

You will facilitate workshops, deliver training, and mentor teams across multiple iterations, helping to mature Agile processes and artifacts while aligning with program goals.

Qualifications

• Familiar with DevSecOps tools and techniques such as modern IDEs, GitHub, containerization, everything as code, and zero-trust.
• Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations and prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines.
• Agile coaching experience withHands-on organizational change agent experience across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs to enable delivery of large initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to help teams understand Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
