Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our administrative services.

The role requires excellent communication, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with nearshore and onshore teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel), dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their admin support needs.
• Coordinate with local management to foster trust and collaboration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for PPMDDs and address requests or escalations.
• Identify risks, improve administrative processes, and ensure policy compliance.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support and gather feedback.
