Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs), understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our administrative services.

The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration across nearshore and onshore teams to improve service delivery while managing risk and handling complex requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and reporting metrics as storytelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposure to risk.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
• Collaborate with nearshore and onshore management to improve service delivery.
