Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs). The role focuses on understanding client needs, driving satisfaction, and optimizing administrative support across nearshore and onshore teams.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and project management capabilities to enhance service delivery and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
6–8 years relevant experience.
Experience with MS Office (Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs and collaborate with local management.
Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risks.
Assist with challenging or out of scope requests or escalations as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies across administrative interactions.
Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
