Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership toward profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to training for clients.
• Must have a strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing, products, and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts; provide product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities; target for OTE.
