Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
• 2 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies scheduling opportunities and communicates with the care team.
• Schedules multi-specialty appointments accurately and timely.
• Registers patients, collects payments, and provides receipts.
• Uses EMR tools to document encounters and scheduling data.
• Communicates in the patient's preferred language and resolves issues.
