Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales leader to drive Aerospace and Defense growth in the United States. You will own pipeline, bookings, and revenue, building strategy across aerospace OEMs, primes, and Tier 1/2 suppliers, and steer multi‑year services and transformation deals.

This role requires deep knowledge of federal procurement, ITAR, and regulated environments, with experience selling to DoD and related agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven ability to close multi-year services and transformation deals.
• Understanding of how A&D buyers operate, including long cycles.
• Experience with U.S. Federal/DoD clients and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own aerospace and defense growth, pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Develop strategy and execute across aerospace OEMs, primes, and suppliers.
• Lead large capture pursuits and complex proposals; manage relationships with hyperscalers and partners.
