Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. seeks an accomplished Sales Manager focused on the US Public Sector and Aerospace & Defense to own growth across aerospace OEMs, defense primes, and Tier 1/2 suppliers.

You will shape opportunities, build strategies, and close multi-year transformation deals in a regulated, long-cycle environment. You will manage executive relationships, collaborate with hyperscalers and software partners, and drive digital engineering, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on Aerospace and Defense.
• Proven track record growing A&D accounts and closing complex multi-year services and transformation deals.
• Experience selling digital engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or other mission-critical technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of how Aerospace and Defense organizations buy, including program structures, buying centers, capture processes, and long-cycle sales motions.
• Experience working with U.S. Federal, DoD, or defense-related clients.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and ITAR/export controls.

Responsibilities

• Own Aerospace and Defense growth, including pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Lead strategy and execution across digital engineering, cloud transformation, data and AI, and enterprise platforms.
• Build executive relationships with clients and partners, securing early involvement in planning and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and clear win strategies aligned to DXC growth priorities.
