Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders and document control
• Electrical construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects or defined scopes from kickoff through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordination plans
• Manage project costs including budgets, commitments, and forecasting
• Prepare, submit and track change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
• Oversee project documentation and owner billing processes
• Support client and contractor meetings and communicate project status and risks
• Identify risks and implement solutions within scope
