Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects or scopes.
• Strong communication and multi-project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Manage project costs including tracking budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasting financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; support negotiation within defined authority levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of work.
