Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contract requirements, schedule commitments, and financial objectives. You will coordinate with field and office teams and support client interactions while building skills in project leadership.

The role is part of the Project Team under Operations, with responsibilities spanning procurement, billing processes, risk management, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant electrical construction experience may be considered.
• Formal training in project management or construction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects or defined scopes from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordination plans.
• Track budgets, costs, and forecasting; manage change orders.
