Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects or defined scopes within larger projects. You will oversee execution, cost tracking, and coordination across field and office teams.

This role operates within the Project Team under the Operations function, serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders and supporting client interactions while building financial management and contract administration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant electrical construction experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related role; electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects or defined scopes from kickoff through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Manage project costs including tracking budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasting financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; support negotiation within defined authority levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of work.
• Manage procurement activities including material buyouts, purchase orders, and long-lead item tracking.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, logs, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage owner billing processes including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and collections follow-up.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings; communicate project status, risks, and updates.
• Identify project risks and issues; implement solutions within scope and elevate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies across project activities.
• Support project closeout including punch list completion, commissioning coordination, and final documentation turnover.
