Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contract, schedule, and financial goals.

You will coordinate with field and office teams, manage procurement, scheduling, and billing, and develop skills in financial management and contract administration while advancing project leadership in mission critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in construction/project coordination; electrical construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects or defined scopes from kickoff to closeout within budget and schedule.
• Develop schedules, lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Track costs, budgets, labor, materials, and forecasting.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; negotiate within authority.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
• Oversee owner billing processes and project documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
