Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery aligns with contract requirements, schedule commitments, and financial objectives. This role represents the first level of full project ownership, coordinating across field and office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Manage project costs including tracking budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasting.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; support negotiation within defined authority levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely, compliant execution of work.
• Oversee procurement activities including material buyouts, purchase orders, and long-lead item tracking.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, logs, and correspondence.
• Manage owner billing processes including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and collections follow-up.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings; communicate project status, risks, and updates.
• Identify project risks and issues; implement solutions within scope and elevate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
