Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Project Manager I to independently lead small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contract, schedule, and financial goals. You will coordinate across field and office teams, handling procurement, billing, and documentation while growing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and electrical construction experience may be considered.
• Formal training in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects or defined scopes from kickoff through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Manage project costs including tracking budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasting financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; support negotiation within defined authority levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of work.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, logs, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage owner billing processes including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and collections follow-up.
