Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member for the Glendale, AZ location to assist customers, ring up purchases, and help locate merchandise. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining shelves to ensure products are available and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation to ensure in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
• Interact professionally with customers and team members; model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
