Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member in Mesa, AZ, to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include assisting with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, participating in planograms, and supporting safety and loss-prevention efforts. Requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Support Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Participate in replenishment, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
