Job summary

Michaels Gilbert store is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout for every guest.

You will also help stock, unload trucks, arrange planograms, and participate in omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store while keeping the store well‑merchandised and safe. Retail experience is preferred; able to stand long hours and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around a store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms (POGs), and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs; maintain in-stock store condition.
