We are looking for an experienced Craftsman / Remodeler to join our team. We are a family‑run, locally operated business with about 25 employees. We do a wide variety of residential repair, remodeling, and improvement work throughout Maricopa County, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and shows up ready to get the job done.
$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance
- Own tools
- Reliable truck, van, or SUV
- Clean criminal history - No recent felonies
- Must be located in Maricopa County
- Dependable, professional, and able to work well with customers and the team
- Drywall repair / hang / tape / texture
- Stucco work (if you can do synthetic stucco it's a plus)
- Painting
- Trim / doors / baseboards
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Tile (floors and showers)
- Cabinet install / repair
- General punch list and remodel work
- Bathroom and kitchen remodel experience is a plus
- Cares about the quality of their work
- Can work efficiently without being babysat
- Communicates clearly and professionally
