Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member at our Sierra Vista, AZ location. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintain merchandising standards throughout the store. You will engage customers with the Rewards program and enrollments, support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and help with store recovery,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with shopping needs.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs) for a well-merchandised store.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program andPrivate Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support Omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Participate in store recovery, SISO, AD sets, and safety programs.
