Michaels Stores in Phoenix is hiring for a Retail Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure quick, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role involves guiding customers through the store, promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and participating in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
