The Michaels Companies in Phoenix seeks a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep the store well merchandised and organized.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and operate checkout with accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and complete checkouts with accuracy.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery standards.
• Support Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store; participate in Shrink and Safety programs.
