Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Part Time Service Team Member - Seasonal at our Glendale, AZ store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and help keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include checkout, stocking, truck unloading, and store recovery, with cross-training in framing sales and production as needed. Typical hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
