Job summary

Michaels in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery, while supporting Omni channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. A retail or customer service background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong cash handling and POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; manage cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain in-stock appearance.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
