This on-site role handles client check-in, scheduling, document intake, and daily office operations while supporting tax professionals during peak season. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, communicates clearly, and can multitask with attention to detail.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
