H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Michigan to welcome clients, manage check-in, and coordinate with tax professionals for a smooth office flow. This in-person role supports daily operations and client service during tax season.

The position demands strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected during tax season.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.

• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
