H&R Block in Reno, NV is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. This in-person role manages client scheduling, supports daily office operations, and collaborates with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.

You will greet clients, handle check-in and intake, answer calls, and keep the office organized. Availability evenings and weekends during tax season is required; training provided, with potential progression into

Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day. Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems)
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
