Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and support tax professionals. You will help clients feel welcomed and guide them to the right expert for their needs, scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth experience.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced franchise office, handle in-person, phone, and virtual inquiries, and collaborate with team members to maintain an organized office. Previous customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
