Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. This role focuses on creating a welcoming experience and accurate scheduling in a fast-paced office.

You will support the team by maintaining an organized workspace, assisting clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, and handling routine tasks as assigned. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
