H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients and manage the front desk in person in Michigan. You will schedule appointments, assist with intake, and support tax professionals in a fast-paced office environment.

This role emphasizes client service, organization, and teamwork, with evenings/weekends during tax season and opportunities to grow into tax preparation or leadership.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative teamwork and client service.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; experience in hospitality, call center, customer service, or medical industries; receptionist/front desk/admin support experience; tax office/CPA/financial services exposure.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
