This role offers hands-on exposure to tax professionals, with potential growth into tax preparation or leadership opportunities as training is provided. Evening/weekend availability during tax season is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client interaction.

• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning documents.
