The role requires a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment, strong organization, and competence with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and multi-location work may be needed, with franchisee-led hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
