Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the right tax professional in a fast-paced franchise office.

You will schedule clients, ensure needs are met, maintain a clean office, and support the team with multitasking and strong organization. Prior customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
