Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, help ensure all client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and support office organization.

The role emphasizes fast-paced customer service, multi-tasking, and teamwork at a franchise office; prior customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
