Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and help route them to the appropriate tax professional. You will schedule appointments and ensure every client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, while maintaining a clean, organized office and collaborating with team members.

This role emphasizes delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced franchise office environment and may require working at multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
