Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with tax professionals. The role emphasizes friendly, personalized service and strong organization in a fast-paced office.

You will schedule clients, ensure needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, and help maintain a clean, well-organized office with the team. Flexible scheduling and multi-location work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
