Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and connect them with the right tax professional.

You will answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and help ensure every client need is met in person, over the phone, or virtually while keeping the office tidy and organized with the team. Flexibility to work at multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
