You will help match clients with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure high levels of service across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients professionally.
