Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients warmly, direct them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will assist clients in person, by phone, or virtually while maintaining a clean, organized office environment.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, experience in customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling and multi-location work are possible; some marketing or sales

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
