You’ll deliver friendly service in person, over the phone, or virtually, helping clients navigate busy tax seasons. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced office, manage scheduling, keep resources organized, and collaborate with team members to ensure every client’s needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.

• Schedule clients as requested and maintain appointment flow.
• Ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with the team.
