Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, set the tone for a positive visit, and support tax professionals across our offices.

You will answer phones, greet clients in a friendly way, schedule appointments, and help ensure every client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually. This role requires teamwork, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
