Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist who will welcome clients, answer phones, and guide them to the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met in person, on the phone, or virtually.

We value prior customer service experience, the ability to multitask, and strong organization. The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude and competence with Microsoft Office; flexible locations and hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs have been met during service in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
