Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Sales Development Representative to learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, identify target accounts, and set meetings through cold calling. The role partners with Delivery and Sales to grow client relationships and drive revenue while negotiating terms and maintaining contractor pipelines.

Base compensation starts with a $60,000 salary during training, plus weekly commissions, a monthly car allowance, and reimbursement perks. Multiple benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Sales Degree/ Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales processes.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory.
• Make cold calls to set meetings with perspective targets.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads.
• Generate leads and attend meetings within defined territory.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to align with market standards.
• Provide quality contractor resumes and maintain account relationships.
• Share account knowledge through req and Red Zone meetings.
• Support territory planning and workforce strategy with Account Managers and Directors.
• Document and track all leads and outreach efforts.
