Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Sales Development Representative in the United States for an entry-level role. You will learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, prospecting and client engagement, and work with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads within a defined territory.

The position offers an onboarding training, potential for growth toward an Account Manager role, and a compensation package with base salary plus weekly commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales Degree/ Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Entry-level role designed for individuals eager to learn the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Generate leads and attend meetings with defined in-territory targets.
• Research and build call sheets using LinkedIn and Connected.
• Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources for lead generation.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to support territory planning and workforce strategy.
