Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Sales Development Representative to learn recruiting fundamentals and sales processes. You will identify target accounts, perform cold calling, and set meetings while collaborating with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads.

Earn an initial base salary with weekly commissions, a monthly car allowance, and various benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k. Entry-level with clear path to Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or 1–2 years of sales experience required.
• Familiarity with prospecting and client engagement.
• Ability to learn the sales process and qualify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Build client relationships and generate leads with delivery and sales teams.
• Research and build call sheets using LinkedIn and Connected.
• Negotiate terms and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
• Attend meetings at client sites and internal reviews to share account knowledge.
