Job summary

9fin is seeking a highly motivated SDR Manager in New York to lead and scale our outbound pipeline generation efforts. You will coach a global SDR team, refine outbound strategies with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and ensure qualified pipeline while expanding our US presence.

The role requires three days in the NYC office, with a focus on MEDDPICC-aligned processes, hiring, ramp, and career development for SDRs as they progress toward AE and other GTM roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience managing SDR/BDR teams.
• 4+ years of experience in sales development or related GTM roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting and ABM experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global SDR team responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts, regions, and verticals.
• Define SDR-to-AE handoffs and qualification standards (MEDDPICC-aligned, SLAs).
• Collaborate with Marketing, ABM, and Demand Gen to plan campaigns.
• Develop SDR playbooks, messaging, and outreach cadences; test by region.
