StartX is seeking a Sales Development Manager in New York, NY to lead and scale their Sales Development team. In this role, you will be accountable for team performance, developing high-performing SDRs, and driving pipeline generation effectively.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in sales, including prior management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on operational rigor and effective coaching methods.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing a Sales Development team at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong coaching instincts paired with clear, direct communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a high-performing SDR team.
• Own the SDR team’s pipeline targets and build the operational cadence.
• Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and team sessions.
• Partner closely with Account Executives.
