Job summary

Job Talent is seeking a results-driven SDR Manager to lead our US SDR team and accelerate commercial growth. You will own the outbound strategy, coach a team of SDRs, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.

Reporting to sales leadership, you will define metrics, optimize processes, and collaborate with Marketing and National/Regional Directors to align campaigns and handoffs. Remote-friendly, competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales development or outbound sales in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coaching an SDR/BDR team and achieving pipeline targets.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills across cold calling, email, and multichannel outreach.
• Experience tracking KPIs and driving improvements in pipeline quality and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the SDR team to meet ambitious targets.
• Own outbound prospecting strategy and multi-channel pipeline generation.
• Monitor qualified meetings, pipeline metrics, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure smooth handovers to Account Executives.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging for better results.
