Job summary

TES Staffing is partnering with a growing science and education supplier to hire two Inside Sales Representatives in Honeoye Falls, NY. This is consultative selling aimed at schools, colleges, universities, and laboratories to source equipment and supplies for learning and research.

Role emphasizes outbound calling, relationship building, and pipeline management with extensive onboarding and training. On-site work is expected with potential flexible arrangements for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, business development, or outbound sales.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and move opportunities forward.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in assigned territories.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and website-generated leads.
• Build relationships with educators, researchers, and procurement teams.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Generate quotes and support customer purchasing decisions.
• Meet activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, operations, and customer support.
