Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote role within the United States. You will focus on building relationships, driving new business, and achieving sales quotas through high-volume outbound calls and virtual presentations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the Outside Sales team, strong communication with educators and administrators, and a data-driven approach to expanding market reach.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound sales calls experience required.
• Experience in EC and K-5 education sector preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work from home.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach and market penetration.
• Build strong internal and cross-functional partnerships.
• Secure new and repeat business through virtual appointments and outbound calls.
• Meet or exceed activity requirements on a regular basis.
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess needs and opportunities.
• Host virtual product presentations to showcase services and solutions.
• Research local, state and national trends affecting early learning funding.
• Assist leadership in formulating sales strategies and campaigns.
• Support educators with cross-team resources and campaigns.
• Identify sales leads and coordinate with the sales force to grow the market.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss initiatives.
